This position supports the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) by improving training, evaluation, program coordination, and compliance work across multiple statewide initiatives. It plays a central role in helping internal staff and external partners succeed by providing guidance, analysis, and technical assistance.

Requirements

• One year as a Program Analyst 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
• Three years of analytical experience, two of which include professional experience in program evaluation and the development of program recommendations, and a bachelor's degree
• An equivalent combination of experience and training
• Meet the PA residency requirement
• Be able to perform essential job functions
• Pass a background investigation

Responsibilities

• Review programs and projects to measure progress toward goals and objectives
• Develop tools, gather information, and evaluate policies and procedures across programs
• Develop recommendations and assist organizations in meeting statutory and regulatory requirements
• Create training materials, manage learning modules, and collaborate with subject experts
• Review providers, documents, and activities to ensure adherence to rules and guidelines
• Maintain datasets, conduct analysis, and prepare reports summarizing findings
