About The Position

Merakey is seeking a Program Aide to provide adult program assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) at its program in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. The role provides direct support and assistance with implementing programs and providing care. The Program Aide leads activities in conjunction with the Program Instructor and participates in community engagement and activities. The listed pay is $18 per hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Flexibility, creativity, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Valid and current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with IDD.
• Assist with implementation of programs and care for individuals with IDD.
• Lead program activities in conjunction with the Program Instructor.
