The Child and Family Guidance Center is seeking a full-time Program Administrator for its Mobile Crisis Intervention Service Program. This is a full-time, in-office position that plays a key role in quality assurance, ensuring accuracy and compliance of clinical documentation, screening incoming calls from 2-1-1, and dispatching clinicians to crisis locations in real time. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in data processing and quality improvement, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
