About The Position

This full-time contractual position is responsible for assisting the Senior Prescription Drug Assistance Program (SPDAP) Director with organizing, planning, and coordinating SPDAP operations to include systems, audits, budgets, performance and contracts/procurements. This position also includes budget management of SPDAP and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) operations totaling approximately $14 million annually as well as oversight of a bank account that handles approximately $12 million annually. This position is eligible for hybrid telework.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Six years of health or human services administrative or professional experience
  • Three years of supervisory or managerial level experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Spreadsheets and Access Databases
  • Experience with General Accounting
  • Experience with Project Budget Development
  • Experience with Project Budget Projections
  • Experience with Statistical Analysis
  • Experience with Project Outreach Efforts, to include making presentations to diverse target groups
  • Experience with Contract Monitoring
  • Experience with Conflict Resolution and Customer Relations
  • Knowledge of COMAR
