About The Position

At Goal Solutions, this role exists to help launch new servicing clients, implement new programs, and expand our backup servicing operations within Launch Servicing Solutions. When onboarding and implementation slow down, revenue slows down. You will help remove those delays by keeping client launches, system setup, and cross-team coordination moving forward.

Requirements

• 2+ years in loan servicing, program management, or client implementation
• Experience working with data files, data mapping, or system integrations
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business teams

Nice To Haves

• Experience in consumer lending, or financial services
• Experience as a 3rd party servicer, servicing platforms or loan conversion
• Basic knowledge of SQL

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client onboarding and servicing implementations, coordinating conversions, managing timelines, and ensuring successful launches
• Translate business needs into system requirements support testing, and drive process and system improvements
• Analyze servicing data, support file mapping and validation, and partner with IT on system enhancements
• Manage backup servicing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and readiness
• Manage cross-functional projects, track risks, maintain documentation, and provide clear status updates
• Anticipate risks early and mitigate issues to maintain delivery timelines
