About The Position

The Program Administrative Coordinator I, under general supervision, performs specialized duties for the DHS/FEMA Cooperative Agreement Cybersecurity Program. Duties include coordinating participant registration and logistics, compiles data, and ensures quality control measures are met. This role establishes excellent relationships with customers and internal support personnel, and performs outreach to assist with scheduling training deliveries. The coordinator also assists in the development and coordination of programs and services, including organizing events such as conferences, workshops, and meetings. They support communication efforts, help develop policies and procedures, and regularly collaborate with staff and stakeholders to ensure programs run effectively and align with organizational goals. Responsibilities also include inputting data into a tracking database or system, processing documents, or responding to requests for information from internal or external customers by phone or e-mail. General office tasks such as copying, mailing, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory may also be performed. This position serves as the key point of contact for TEEX employees regarding program delivery. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two years of relevant administrative experience
  • Must have a valid motor vehicle operator’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
  • Equivalency: Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university with four years of relevant administrative experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with six years of relevant administrative experience
