Chartis Federal is seeking a Program Action Officer to provide front-office coordination, task management, and program execution support to the Customer's Strategic Planning Office (SPO). The Program Action Officer serves as a key coordination resource, supporting leadership through action item tracking, executive communications, program reporting, documentation management, and stakeholder coordination activities. This position works closely with Government leadership and program personnel to ensure taskings, information requests, reports, and communications products are tracked, coordinated, and completed in a timely manner. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
