About The Position
The University of Illinois at Chicago's Department of Anesthesiology is seeking additional Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologists. Subspecialty fellowship training in Cardiac, Neurosurgical, Pain Medicine, or Pediatric Anesthesiology is preferred but not required. The position involves providing anesthesia services, training residents and fellows, medically directing CRNAs, and performing other related duties and participating in special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist(s).
Nice To Haves
- Subspecialty fellowship training in Cardiac, Neurosurgical, Pain Medicine, or Pediatric Anesthesiology is preferred but not required.
- For Cardiac and Neurosurgical Anesthesiology, a minimum of 3 years of substantial experience is also acceptable.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services.
- Train residents and fellows.
