About The Position
The University of Tennessee Health Sciences, Department of Anesthesiology is seeking a non-tenure track Anesthesiologist as a full-time academic Open Rank Professor. Academic rank is commensurate with training and experience.
Requirements
- MD or equivalent degree
- Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency program
- Completion of Pediatric Fellowship
- Board-certified or board-eligible for examination by the ABA
- ABPN board certification or board eligibility
- Eligible for a license in the State of Tennessee
- A current unrestricted license as a Physician in Tennessee
- Current certification DEA number
- Eligible for malpractice insurance
Nice To Haves
- Sub- certifications/training is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Providing patient care
- Training of residents, fellows, and SRNAs
