About The Position
Play a crucial role in student success by working with students to identify their academic needs and provide personalized tutoring sessions. This is a part-time, temporary, hourly position with 19 hours per week and two openings. The position is based at the Integrated Tutoring Center, 3535 N. Ellison Dr., San Antonio, Texas, 78251. Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent education (60 hours), including successful completion of college-level coursework in the related field.
Nice To Haves
- One year of tutoring, teaching, or directly related experience.
- Experience working with a multicultural population of students with varying backgrounds and education.
- Demonstrated success supporting students in business-related disciplines, including accounting, finance, economics, management, marketing, and/or business administration, through tutoring, teaching, coaching, or similar roles.
- Ability to provide constructive, strengths-based feedback on business concepts, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, and the practical application of business principles.
- Familiarity with business coursework, analytical tools, and industry practices.
