This role will leverage E2E Data & Analytics Operating Models, A/B Testing, Segmentation, and Attribution Analysis to foster a data-driven culture. The position involves collaborating to commercialize Samsung's Customer Data Platform (CDP) stack, creating insight-led integrated marketing communications strategies to drive new customer acquisition and meet budget goals. Responsibilities include measuring the effectiveness of marketing programs, driving B2B Ecommerce operations, creating voice of customer scorecards, building campaign management processes, and deploying new tools and technologies. The role also requires close collaboration with presales, delivery, fulfillment, trade-in, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless product delivery and excellent customer experience. The individual will articulate the company’s vision and value proposition, act as a liaison between sales, management, and customers, and develop project business plans to manage critical dependencies.
