Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have a reliable personal vehicle
- Carry current auto insurance
- Pass a background check
- Provide at least one personal or professional reference
- Be able to lift 20 pounds and perform normal cleaning tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive and professional
- Detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Physically active and able to stay on their feet throughout the day
- Great with people and communication
Responsibilities
- Cleaning homes and offices to company standards
- Completing detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living spaces
- Performing routine cleanings, deep cleans and move-in/move-out cleanings
- Traveling between homes and offices throughout the workday
- Providing reliable, high-quality service that clients can count on
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
