About The Position

Safely operate motor vehicles while transporting school-aged children, following all state and federal traffic laws. The role includes operating sedans, mini-vans, and wheelchair vans; assisting students with entering and exiting vehicles; using lap and shoulder belts; and safely securing students in car seats and booster seats. Communicate effectively with students, parents, school staff, and company staff.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have held a driver's license for at least three consecutive years.
• Have a satisfactory driving record with no suspension.
• Be able to pass a background check, CORI, and SORI.

Nice To Haves

• A School Pupil Transport License (7D Certificate) is preferred; the employer says it is easy to obtain and will help the employee get it.

Responsibilities
