The Professional Development & Training Specialist supports the planning and execution of Virtuoso’s professional development and training offerings for member agencies, travel advisors, and preferred partners. The role is responsible for the timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of assigned offerings, working closely with partners and internal stakeholders throughout planning, execution, and follow-up. Assignments may shift as business priorities and the training portfolio evolve. Specialists build knowledge across multiple offerings, cross-train with colleagues, and contribute to consistent, high-quality execution across the team. The position involves regular collaboration with Professional Development & Training colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders, as well as regular contact with preferred partners, members, travel advisors, presenters, and external vendors. Infrequent travel may be required to support company events and training offerings, generally one to three trips per year, though requirements may vary by assignment. The position offers a competitive salary and full benefits package. If hired in Washington state, it will be hourly and non-exempt.
