The University of Ottawa is seeking a Regular Part-Time Professor for the course POL3574 (Le fédéralisme) during the Fall 2026 semester. This position is within the Faculty of Social Sciences, School of Political Studies. The course will cover key concepts and theoretical approaches to the study of federalism, its normative foundations, the Canadian federal system in comparative perspective, and central themes such as identity diversity, Indigenous relations, regional inequalities, and secession. The course is expected to have an enrolment of 88 students and is worth 3 credits. The course will be offered in person, but the teaching mode may change due to health or other reasons.
