About The Position

This posting is for a Regular Part-Time Professor position for the Fall 2026 semester, teaching FLS2772, Section A00, titled 'Mieux prononcer pour mieux communiquer en FLS'. Requirements

Master's degree in French as a Second Language (FSL) didactics or a relevant field for teaching FSL.
Two years of experience teaching FSL at the university level, or equivalent.
Familiarity with software and technology relevant to teaching FSL courses.
Knowledge of FSL pronunciation pedagogy demonstrated by CV.
Professors who taught an FLS/ESL course at OLBI before January 1, 2018, are considered to meet the educational requirement.

Responsibilities

Teach FLS2772, Section A00: 'Mieux prononcer pour mieux communiquer en FLS'.
Focus on improving pronunciation in standard French, including articulatory and prosodic features.
Teach letter-sound correspondences.
Develop students' awareness of communication registers.
Conduct in-person classes on Mondays (13:00-14:30) and Wednesdays (11:30-13:00).
