About The Position

This posting is for a Regular Part-Time Professor position for the course PAP3710 Section A00, titled "Méthodes de recherche en administration publique" (Research Methods in Public Administration). The course is scheduled for the Fall 2026 semester and will be taught in French. The official course description states: « Étude de méthodes associées à la recherche en administration publique, telles que l'enquête par sondage, l'étude de cas, l'entrevue, l'analyse de contenu, etc. Questions épistémologiques et examen critique du contenu méthodologique de certains travaux de recherche en administration publique et politiques publiques. » The course will be offered online in a programmed and synchronous format with live instruction. Requirements

  • Doctorate or doctoral coursework in the field of the announced course.
  • Teaching experience in the field.
  • Competence in a second language (French is the language of instruction, implying English competence is required).
  • Successful completion of all mandatory legislated training.
  • Ability to apply using a worker profile in Workday if currently an active employee of the University of Ottawa.
