About The Position
This posting is for a Regular Part-Time Professor position for the course "Méthodologie de la recherche juridique" (DCL5501) during the 2027 Winter Semester in the Civil Law Section of the Faculty of Law. The course aims to equip master's students in law with the necessary skills for drafting a legal research project, such as a dissertation, research paper, or any other scientific communication. The ideal candidate will have an LL.L. or LL.B. and an LL.M. in law or equivalent, be a member in good standing of the Barreau de Québec, and possess a thorough understanding of the requirements for graduate studies in law in Canada. Priority will be given to candidates who have previously taught this course.
Requirements
- LL.L. or LL.B. and an LL.M. in law or their equivalent.
- Member in good standing of the Barreau de Québec.
- In-depth knowledge of the requirements for graduate studies in law in Canada.
- Ability to teach in French.
