About The Position

Simpson has been making doors within the forests of Washington state since 1912. Generations of families have dedicated their lives to creating the finest doors in America. It's a team effort requiring creativity, engineering, innovation and experience. We are currently seeking Production Workers to join our team, Monday - Friday day shift.

Requirements

Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Detail-oriented and produce quality work.
Able to read a tape measure and have good basic math skills.
Familiar with hand and power wood working tools.
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience.
Solid work history with good references.

Responsibilities

Work on a variety of machines and work centers, safely and efficiently.
Use various power hand tools and equipment (orbital sanders, bander, box knife, hammer, cordless drill, tape gun, hot iron, chop saw, door lifts, panel saw, etc.) while making and assembling high-quality doors.
Be reliable and able to work overtime as needed.
Follow company safety procedures and policies and encourage a safe work environment for all team members.
