This position reports to the Production Supervisor - Fabrication. The Production Worker is responsible for sorting parts from work bins, staging WIP for Fabrication work areas, and identifying and delivering the next work order to the appropriate personnel. The role involves selecting work orders on the Factory Scheduler, prioritizing expedited orders and then by date. Fabricating parts using machines like a belt sander and deburring equipment, and assisting with loading/unloading machinery are also part of the job. The Production Worker must execute all material issues/receipts in the ERP system and contribute to the parts cycle counting program. The job requires working at different workstations as needed and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
