Production Worker (Day & Night Shifts)
About The Position
Dianne's Fine Desserts in Le Center, Minnesota, is hiring Production Workers for both day and night shifts. This position performs multiple tasks to assist operations in producing, finishing, and packaging baked goods. Workers may be assigned to manual or automated production lines as directed. A $3 shift differential is provided when working 2nd shift. Requirements
- Normal to excellent manual dexterity and motor skills.
- Ability to communicate with others to support production flow and finished-product quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform tasks that assist with producing, finishing, and packaging baked goods.
- Work on manual and automated production lines as directed.
- Communicate with others to support proper production flow and avoid line downtime, waste, and rework.
- Communicate with appropriate personnel to ensure finished-product quality.
- Perform job tasks professionally and safely to prevent disruption of the production line.
