About The Position

Our Production Team Members are dedicated and determined workers. They do important tasks like putting things together, using machines, checking for quality, changing tools, and solving problems with how things are made. This role is categorized as onsite. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location on a full-time basis.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Eligible to work in the United States
Ability to listen, read, follow work and safety instructions which are written in English
Willing to work flexible shift hours which are subject to change based on business conditions, overtime hours on those shifts are common and may be available with little notice.
Weekend and holiday shifts are regularly expected, but not continuously.
Must be able to satisfactorily complete the General Motors LLC. hiring process requirements which include drug testing and a background check.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in auto manufacturing
Experience working in manufacturing or warehouse environment
Experience identifying and reporting quality defects
Experience operating mobile equipment or using specialized tools such as forklifts, pallet jacks, torque guns, hoists, or industrial vehicles
