About The Position
MLC Manufacturing is looking for a dependable, motivated 2nd Shift Production Worker to join our growing manufacturing team in Spring Lake, Michigan. This is a full-time opportunity working a four-day workweek in a fast-paced sheet metal manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Experience with laser cutting, metal forming, fabrication, or press brake operations is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Assist with laser breakout, removing and organizing cut parts
- Help operate and run parts on a press brake
- Provide assistance with resistance welding as needed
- Perform general production and manufacturing duties
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work cooperatively with team members to keep production moving efficiently
- Follow safety procedures and production instructions
