About The Position

The K-PAK Operator is responsible for operating, adjusting, and monitoring K-PAK packaging machinery. This role involves packaging, labeling, and boxing turkey products according to company specifications, performing product quality checks, and verifying labeling accuracy. The position also requires maintaining production records, completing required documentation, and adhering to all food safety, HACCP, GMP, and sanitation procedures. Additionally, the operator will troubleshoot minor machine issues, notify maintenance when needed, and ensure a safe work environment by following company safety policies. Cooperation with team members and supervisors is essential to meet production goals.
