About The Position

The K-PAK Operator is responsible for operating, adjusting, and monitoring K-PAK packaging machinery. This role involves packaging, labeling, and boxing turkey products according to company specifications, performing product quality checks, and verifying labeling accuracy. The operator will also maintain production records, complete required documentation, and follow all food safety, HACCP, GMP, and sanitation procedures. Additionally, the role includes troubleshooting minor machine issues, ensuring a safe work environment, and working cooperatively with team members to meet production goals.
