About The Position

The K-PAK Operator is responsible for operating, adjusting, and monitoring K-PAK packaging machinery. This role involves packaging, labeling, and boxing turkey products according to company specifications. The operator will also perform product quality checks, verify labeling accuracy, and maintain production records. Adherence to food safety, HACCP, GMP, and sanitation procedures is crucial. Additionally, the operator will troubleshoot minor machine issues, ensure a safe work environment, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
