About The Position

The K-PAK Operator is responsible for operating, adjusting, and monitoring K-PAK packaging machinery. This role involves packaging, labeling, and boxing turkey products according to company specifications, performing product quality checks, and verifying labeling accuracy. The operator will also maintain production records, complete required documentation, and follow all food safety, HACCP, GMP, and sanitation procedures. Additionally, the role includes troubleshooting minor machine issues, notifying maintenance when needed, ensuring a safe work environment by adhering to company safety policies, and working cooperatively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Requirements

• Ability to operate, adjust, and monitor K-PAK packaging machinery
• Skill in packaging, labeling, and boxing turkey products
• Proficiency in performing product quality checks and verifying labeling accuracy
• Capability to maintain production records and complete documentation
