About The Position

Parker Plastics is hiring dependable team members for its overnight production team. The company has more than 30 years of manufacturing success and provides training; no experience is required. This is a full-time role with 8-hour shifts in a temperature-controlled work environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:06 a.m., with occasional weekend work required based on production and business needs. Pay is $18.00 per hour, including a shift differential.

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and perform light lifting throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect plastic bottles for quality.
• Package bottles according to customer guidelines.
• Build and seal cartons.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Assist teammates and support smooth production.
