About The Position
Calcium Products is seeking a Production Operator for their new facility in Blair, Nebraska. This role operates on the night shift from 5pm to 5am. The Production Operator is crucial for supporting daily manufacturing operations by ensuring equipment is operated safely and efficiently, adhering to established procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining production flow, monitoring equipment, and contributing to product quality and consistency. The purpose of this role is to meet production goals while upholding safety standards, minimizing downtime, and maintaining a clean work environment. The operator will collaborate with team members and leadership to identify improvements, address equipment issues, and ensure accurate product preparation for shipment. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. The ideal candidate will be reliable, accountable, and capable of operating light and heavy equipment in a fast-paced production setting. Training will be provided in Fort Dodge, IA.
Requirements

- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment including loaders and forklifts in a safe and efficient manner
- Inspect, monitor, and perform routine maintenance on machinery such as screens, mills, and load-out systems
- Prepare products for loading, shipment, and delivery
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace
- Follow all safety policies and operational procedures
