Requirements

At least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED.
Must reside in the Butte, Montana area.
Strong communication skills and basic math skills.
Reliability, a strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug and alcohol test, and a functional ability test if applicable.

Nice To Haves

Experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehouse operations, forklift operation, food and beverage production, industrial equipment, or mechanical troubleshooting.
Prior forklift experience is beneficial but not required; training is available for qualified candidates.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Start and operate production machinery.
Monitor production equipment performance and identify and communicate potential issues.
Complete required production documentation.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work with supervisors and team members to support smooth production and maintain quality and efficiency standards.
