About The Position

Mann Lake is hiring short-term Production Workers for a weekend shift running Friday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The pay rate is $20.50 per hour, comprising a $19 base rate and a $1.50 shift differential. Training is provided, and strong performers may be considered for a full-time, year-round position.

Production Workers perform assigned manufacturing tasks, including assembling materials, labeling and packaging products, and preparing finished goods for shipping. They also report mechanical or material issues and help maintain a clean and safe work environment.

The role involves frequent mobility throughout the facility, including standing, walking, sitting, bending, climbing, lifting, crouching, and reaching. Most jobs require lifting, stacking, pushing, pulling, and sorting products weighing up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities

• Perform work as assigned by the department supervisor.
• Assemble materials to produce finished products.
• Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
• Pack finished goods into the correct packages and boxes.
• Notify the supervisor of mechanical or material issues.
• Place finished goods in the designated area for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
