Production Associate - Weekend Shift
About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform general labor tasks to support the daily operations of our metal fabrication facility. You will assist with material handling, operate basic production machinery, and ensure a clean, safe work environment. This position requires strong physical stamina, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn on the job. Passion for winning. Achieving goals and continuous improvement drives you. Relatable experience. Some assembly or general laborer experience is a plus! You are driven to succeed and passionate about continuous improvement. Passion for learning. You will receive on the job training.
Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to read a standard tape measure, read, write and perform basic math calculations.
- Must have strong mechanical aptitude.
- Flexible. Work environment is non-temperature regulated facility with moderate to loud noise levels.
- Must pass a drug screen, physical, and criminal background check.
