About The Position

Strong Hold is seeking a reliable, motivated entry-level Production Associate to support daily operations at its metal fabrication facility. The role involves general labor, material handling, operating basic production machinery, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. On-the-job training is provided. The weekend schedule is Friday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; employees work 36 hours and are paid for 40 hours.

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Ability to read a standard tape measure, read and write, and perform basic math calculations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work in a non-temperature-regulated facility with moderate to loud noise levels.
• Must pass a drug screen, physical, and criminal background check.
• Reliability, motivation, physical stamina, commitment to safety, and willingness to learn on the job.

Nice To Haves

• Some assembly or general labor experience is a plus.
