About The Position

As a Weekend Production Associate at Marvin, you will perform a variety of tasks in a safety-focused production environment. An experienced training team will teach you to safely use hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and nail guns. You will move around throughout the day and use equipment to make windows and doors, ensuring each product meets quality standards. The role includes opportunities to cross-train in multiple departments and build skills in areas of interest. The facilities are air-conditioned. The schedule is Friday through Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with four days off each week. Pay is $24 per hour, consisting of a $20 base rate plus a $4 differential.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 10 to 70 pounds.
• Ability to grip 65 pounds.
• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and climb.
• Ability to stand and walk on concrete.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• General computer experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring and cutting parts, and using a saw.
• Communicate clearly in English, orally and in writing, to carry out essential job functions and work with the team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver them to production lines.
• Cross-train in multiple departments.
• Meet quality standards while manufacturing windows and doors.
• Follow safe practices when using hand and power tools and production equipment.
