Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities

• Learn different positions like: Forklift, Packer, Quality Analyst, Stacker, and Sorter amongst other opportunities!
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Operate forklifts safely and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Support maintenance and facility projects using hand and power tools
• Assist with equipment installation, movement, assembly, and repair activities
• Help maintain hazardous material, compressor, and utility areas
• Perform pallet repair, painting, housekeeping, and general plant upkeep
• Maintain plant grounds, including mowing, trimming, trash removal, and snow removal
• Identify and report equipment issues, leaks, or unsafe conditions
• Participate in training activities and assist with other duties as assigned
