About The Position

The Production Utility team member supports production, packaging, and warehouse operations in a hands-on, fast-moving environment. The role contributes to delivering quality products and supports meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. The position is based in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with starting pay of $18 or more per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a hands-on, physical environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Team-oriented mindset and solid work ethic.
• Ability to follow processes and communicate effectively.

• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain labeling machines, including setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Assist with production, packaging, and assembly, including variety packs.
• Pull work orders and help maintain inventory levels of SKUs.
• Supply materials to the production floor to keep operations running smoothly.
• Prepare and inspect finished goods for shipping.
• Assist with palletizing and order fulfillment.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
