About The Position

Premium Waters is hiring a Production Utility team member for its Production Team in Douglas, Georgia. The role supports the production of high-quality bottled water and the company’s focus on safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement. The Production Utility works with the Production Lead and Line Lead to support efficient production, equipment operation, sanitation, and the movement of raw materials. On the production floor, the employee must follow and help enforce GMP regulations, standard operating procedures, quality checks, food safety requirements, and the SQF System. Required protective equipment includes hairnets, beard nets, earplugs, and safety glasses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of production experience in a leadership or coordinator role.
• Forklift certified.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Follow GMP rules and wear required hairnets, beard nets, earplugs, and safety glasses while on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Organize and implement line changeovers with employees efficiently.
• Work with the Production Lead to produce quality product.
• Notify maintenance when equipment problems arise and complete work orders as needed.
• Coordinate with the Production Lead to move raw materials, including caps, labels, cartons, bottles, and film.
• Work with the Production Line Lead to train employees in proper equipment operation and sanitation procedures.
• Follow and help enforce plant GMP regulations and standard operating procedures, including quality checks and procedures for all operations.
• Meet food safety and quality objectives and the requirements of the SQF System.
• Contribute to a team effort to prevent accidents and injuries and maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
