About The Position
Bell and Evans is hiring Production Trimmers for the Switch Debone department on the first shift. Employees perform production duties according to company standards for safety, quality, and processing speed. Although typically assigned to one department, employees must be willing and able to work in other departments and positions as production and staffing needs require. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. The work environment may be hot, cold, wet, and noisy, and involves working around industrial equipment, standing for several hours, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 40 pounds, and repetitive use of the arms, wrists, and hands.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Willingness to work in hot, cold, wet, and noisy conditions.
- Ability and willingness to work around industrial equipment, stand for several hours, lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive arm, wrist, and hand movements.
- Strong work history and demonstrated ability to dedicate to a job.
- Previous poultry production experience or previous experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Six to twelve months of work history required.
