About The Position
Caviness Beef Packers is seeking Fabrication Production Team Members for the initial step of its meat processing operation. Candidates may have prior experience or be new to the industry; training is provided. New hires participate in a training program covering several different jobs during their first 90 days. The work takes place in a cold, damp environment and requires standing on concrete and/or elevated platforms, as well as wearing protective safety equipment.
Requirements
- Ability to stand on concrete and/or elevated platforms.
- Must wear protective safety equipment.
Responsibilities
- Process and break down pieces for packing.
- Cut, trim, skin, and debone meat products.
- Use tools and machinery such as knives, hooks, saws, and skinner machines.
