About The Position

The Production Trainer provides high-quality training to employees in the MTO department, including new employees and those cross-training into a new role. The trainer uses Marvin values to provide customer service, patience, and support. This role delivers technical and tactical training to hourly product and non-product builders at their job stations, helping employees learn new department roles. When training is not needed, the trainer works in production roles.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of the assembly process within the department.

Responsibilities

• Train employees on job processes on the production line.
• Mentor and coach employees during execution of their training plans to support employment success.
• Provide operations leadership with information about employee progress.
• Use materials produced by the learning and development team when appropriate.
• Identify and assess operations staff training needs in consultation with leadership.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer.
• Operate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble product.
• Perform production roles when training is not needed.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
