About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring a Production Associate in Tremonton, Utah. The role involves operating and maintaining machinery and production-line equipment, handling raw materials, assembling goods, monitoring production, conducting basic quality checks, and storing goods and materials in the warehouse. Training is provided. Production Associate experience is preferred, and factory or manufacturing machinery experience is beneficial.

The schedule is a 2-2-3 shift from 6 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Sunday. Overtime is available. Pay is $17.00 per hour, paid weekly, with direct deposit and debit card payment options.

Requirements

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to read and understand production documents and safety manuals.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Physical dexterity.
• Available for shift work.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Production Associate experience is preferred.
• Previous factory work experience is beneficial.
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery and production-line equipment.
