About The Position

McKee Foods is seeking a Production Trainee at its Gentry, Arkansas location. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the role supports a high-speed production line by helping package and inspect finished snack cake products. The schedule is second shift, Sunday through Thursday, from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and the position is on-site at Plant 3.

Responsibilities

Assist with packaging and inspecting finished food products, including packaging unwrapped snack cakes, placing wrapped cakes into cartons, filling cases with cartons, and arranging cases on pallets according to specified stacking patterns.
Monitor production processes to meet quality and productivity targets.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and troubleshoot issues.
Follow production schedules and meet production quotas.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
