About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring reliable Production Associates for a food manufacturing and distribution center in Coppell, Texas. The role is on the second shift, Monday through Friday, from 1:45 PM to 10:30 PM, at $18.50 per hour. Recent food manufacturing experience, specifically packing and seasoning products, is required; restaurant experience alone does not qualify. Associates must be available for occasional Saturday overtime.

Requirements

• Recent food manufacturing experience is required.
• Experience packing and seasoning products in a food manufacturing environment is required; restaurant experience alone does not qualify.
• Ability to read and understand production documents and safety manuals.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must pass a background check; no misdemeanors or felonies.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and walk for more than eight hours per day.
• Good physical dexterity and ability to perform repetitive production tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Availability for occasional Saturday overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery and production line equipment.
• Feed raw materials into production machinery.
• Assemble and package products on production lines.
• Monitor the production process for quality and efficiency.
• Perform basic quality-control and testing checks.
• Properly store finished goods and raw materials.
• Follow production procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
