About The Position

Trek is seeking a skilled Production Technician for its Trek Store in Tampa Carrollwood. The role focuses on keeping bicycles running flawlessly through fast, consistent, accurate, and high-quality repairs. The technician will complete more than 50% of the team’s total repairs and handle the team’s and customers’ most complex repair needs. The position calls for elevated technical skills as well as communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. It involves minimal customer interaction and offers a flexible work schedule, the potential for increased pay based on efficiency and production, access to industry-leading tools, and possible paid travel to other U.S.-based Trek Stores.

Responsibilities

• Complete more than 50% of the team’s total repairs.

• Handle complex bicycle repairs.
• Contribute to team tasks as needed and build relationships that help bicycle owners enjoy riding.
