About The Position
As a Production Technician at the Warren, Ohio facility, you will operate machinery that produces iconic brands such as Huggies®, Kleenex®, and others. You will work within a High-Performance Work System environment, contributing to a culture of ownership, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role involves utilizing manufacturing systems, maintaining safety standards, and working on 12-hour rotating shifts to deliver products.
Requirements
- 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate
- Basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills
- Ability to work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and during startup or abnormal operating conditions
- Pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening
- Pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)
- Demonstrated prior experience with a focus on working safely and hazard recognition
- Minimum of 1 year of sustained work experience, OR minimum of at least 2 years of military experience, OR technical degree or certification in Manufacturing Technology or related field, OR experience owning or operating a small business
- Mechanical aptitude troubleshooting, disassembling equipment, parts replacement, general machine repair
- Consistent and prolonged work history
