This position is responsible for assisting with developing a competent staff of employees through coaching, training and production techniques; providing timely performance reports to Management along with recommendations on improving all training activities; and by following and implementing Company policies and performance of contractual and production scheduling requirements. This position is an integral part of operations management and will also assist supervisor with maintaining high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible. This position requires an essential understanding and control of the production process, accurate record keeping.
