About The Position

Responsibilities include conducting safety and forklift training, continually improving classroom orientation programs, and ensuring all new Team Member documentation is completed in a timely manner and submitted to their file. This role also involves annual training for plant employees and on-the-job training for Employees. Other duties include assessing the need for interpreters in various departments for communication clarity and coordinating interpreter assistance, as well as helping new Team Members acclimate to the facility and the qualification process. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Knowledge and understanding of the work performed in the area of responsibility preferred
Previous training or Production experience preferred
Standard computer skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Must be comfortable in presenting material to large groups
Strong organizational skills
High school graduate or equivalent required
