About The Position

SECO ECOPLASTIC is seeking a motivated, dedicated entry-level Production Associate to join the MyEco team. Working under the guidance of the Production Supervisor, this role supports the production area and helps ensure safety, quality, and delivery targets are met. The position contributes to production efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role is located at ECOPLASTIC AMERICA in Register, Georgia. The salary range is undisclosed.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing experience is required.
• At least one year of continuous work experience is required.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Ability to take supervision and follow policies and procedures.
• Ability to perform physical duties that may include bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk constantly on concrete floors while wearing safety boots during 8–12-hour shifts.
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and loud noise, while using personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to a safety-first culture.
• Flexibility to work weekends and nights.
• Proficiency in speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a safe and clean work environment by following established safety policies and procedures.
• Support the Production Supervisor and Leads in daily operations and complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality and performance.
• Help manage departmental workflow to deliver quality products on time to internal and external customers.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with the use and maintenance of production tools and equipment.
• Support the tracking of departmental performance measures and visual controls.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve employee relations and production effectiveness.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct, treating others respectfully and courteously.
