About The Position

Papillion Foods is currently hiring motivated individuals to join our production team. We have openings for Machine Operators, Forklift Operators, Production Quality Inspectors (Process Checkers), and General Production Team Members. Shift schedules and hours may vary by department.

Requirements

• Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (all plant positions)
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends.
• One year of consistent production experience in a production and/or manufacturing environment

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and another language
• Quality Inspection/Check Experience
• Pallet Jack Experience

• Operating and monitoring production equipment
• Performing quality checks and inspections
• Operating forklifts and pallet jacks
• Packaging and handling food products
• Maintaining food safety and quality standards
• Following workplace safety procedures
• Working as part of a team to meet production goals
