About The Position

The Production Team Member – Furniture Set plays a key role in bringing our premium pontoon boats to life by installing furniture, fiberglass components, steering systems, and electrical connections.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.) throughout the shift
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Regular use of hand tools and production equipment
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred (2+ years ideal)
• Strong work ethic and positive, team-first attitude
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Install and secure vinyl furniture, fiberglass components, consoles, and various interior boat assemblies.
• Mount seating systems and verify proper alignment, spacing, and fit according to engineering specifications.
• Connect electrical wiring from furniture components, lighting, and accessories to the main wiring harness.
• Troubleshoot and correct fitment, alignment, or installation issues as needed.
• Use tape measures, levels, drills, impact drivers, and other hand and power tools to complete installations.
• Perform final checks to verify all installed components operate as intended before the boat progresses to the next production stage.
• Maintain production standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment.
