Production Team Lead (2nd Shift)
About The Position
Taylor Corporation is seeking a Fastlane Production Team Lead to help coordinate and oversee our 2nd shift production team in North Mankato, MN. This role involves providing guidance and direction to production floor personnel, coordinating daily production floor activities, and delegating assignments. The Team Lead will handle scheduling, oversee floor operations, monitor performance, and verify product quality. They will also lead, train, and coach employees, communicate updates during meetings and shift changes, and continuously evaluate and modify workflow for increased throughput and productivity. The position requires a willingness to learn all equipment to assist operators and run machines if needed, and to ensure all goals and deadlines are met, along with completing necessary paperwork and maintaining a safe workplace.
Requirements
- Intermediate computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite
- Team player and self-motivated
- Highly detailed oriented and quality focus driven
- Problem-solving skills
- Able to read, write, and communicate clearly to ensure accuracy and understanding of job ticket
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
